"The house provided beautiful views, a magnificent location, and the host was warm and welcoming. Nestled in old world Italy, surrounded by quaint countryside towns, we found the area to be iconically surreal. Although our trip was marred with climactic tragedy, the one bright spot of our travel through the Emilia Romagna was staying in the beautiful hilltop villa of Le Orchidee. "Magnificent!!!! Palazzo Serre, in San Leo, is absolutely stunning. The views from the home are incredible of the rolling hills and the various mountain tops. "Hotel exists here over 100 years! For Which I appreciate the family to keep it going! Over that rooms are little bit older (2010 ish) all was very clean staff great! Most beautiful was VERY NEW AND ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SPA ON THE ROOF!!! LOVE THAT! Also travelled with our Golden Retriever - for little cleaning fee 20€ which I understand they had no problem at all with our lovely dog, thank you for this amazing memory you gave us!!!<3"

"Trying to figure out how to unload luggage gave us a bit of stress, but the local people were amazing to help us. The area is amazing, wished we would have had more time to tour. The room is comfortable, but it was a bit warm. We opened up the windows but with the celebration of Halloween was a tad too noisy. Loved hearing the children. The breakfast is very good. "
