Very poor customer service from the night shift staff member who worked on April 28th to May 1st. I arrived at around 2am on April 29th, she hard headset in both ears possibly dosing off. "It’s a very pretty place as a whole. The patio and other common areas were well maintained and the plants made it so welcoming. It didn’t feel like we were in a city. The bedroom was very clean and the bed was comfortable with the addition of the fan to keep the room cool. It also had a small fridge. Something most places I stayed didn’t have. My only issues were the front desk staff didn’t have written down (on a log book) the reservation correctly and it didn’t coincide with what I booked...

"For starters, the staff here are excellent. And the hotel is kept quite clean. There are other inconsistencies, however. If you need wifi in your room, it is hit and miss for no apparent reason. For emergencies, there is always wifi in the reception area. I was there for 3 nights. I had hot water for two mornings but not the third. You have to run the shower for some time. The menu for the restaurant is limited and much of what is on the menu is not available. Having said that, I did not...
