She prepares a lovely and typically French ‘Petit déjeuner’, each ´morning, which she joins you for, ensuring that she is available to offer advice about the local area and various attractions. Our dogs made very welcome and a quick tour of chickens, turkeys, geese, lambs, baby rabbits and very friendly donkeys made this a really interesting alternative to our usual stay at chain hotels before heading South. Well worth a visit!"

"We stopped at the Chateau for 2 nights. It’s a charming place, furnished in keeping with the house. Was very comfortable and homely. Tim (one of the owners) gave us lots of information about where to visit. Breakfast was great, fresh bread, cheeses, meats, scrambled egg. We also enjoyed using the table tennis facility in the evening."

"Lovely clean and modern apartment for the night, 5 minute walk to the dunes/beach and the local town. Aircon didn't seem to be very effective and it was a warm night which did cool down by the morning. Had a nice dip in the pool in the evening and it's nice that the pool has late access. Would return if in the area. "

"House not very welcoming with chairs on table like a closed cafe. Also, bowls and cups had chips and cracks in them and a few not cleaned well. Saying that, host was very responsive and helpful and answered all our questions. Location was great and house was comfortable. You have to pay for parking on all roads but spaces right outside. Lovely area for cycling"
