"A beautiful, quiet guesthouse, very nicely furnished and very clean and comfortable. Received a very warm welcome and a breakfast menu for the following morning, on arrival. Made to feel at home and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was 5* and was enjoyed in a quiet and comfortable dining room with mountain views, an excellent start to the day. "Property was fine hot tub was grat decking smelled of dog wee.it was ok for a short trip. But we never got any sleep due to rats scratching , chewing and running around from 23.00- 04.30 so with this it has ruined are weekend showing at the Royal welsh show ground. We did notice the property has rodent repellant plug in so maybe this is an going problem."
