"We stayed for 1 week in August. The location of the apartment is perfect. We took bikes with us, so we could comfortable explore Rovinj and the beaches. From the balcony the sunset is breath taking. "

"Great location and beautiful apartment. Eni the on-site manager was great to deal with. Listing could use a microwave but it had all else needed. Unit is on the 3rd floor without an elevator/ lift. Unit did have a washing machine that I do not remember being on the listing. We stayed 5 nights and there was only one roll of toilet paper supplied and two towels."

"Der gesamte aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und entspannend die Unterkunft war sauber und perfekt für einen 6 Personen Urlaub. Strand ist auch nur 5 min von der Unterkunft entfernt und die Stadt ist auch leicht zu Fuß zur erreichen. Pool muss man sich mit den Nachbarn teilen aber das war kein problem."

"Wir waren in 2023 bereits da und haben für dieses Jahr gleich wieder gebucht. Sehr netter Vermieter, angenehme ruhige Lage in einer Sackgasse, etwas auf einem Hügel so dass man auf dem Rückweg vom Hafen oder Meer bergauf laufen muss. Bis zum Hafen läuft man ca. 15 Minuten. Bis zum Meer ca. 10 Minuten. Da wir in der Nachsaison reisen, gibt es dort auch immer ausreichend Liegeflächen. Es gibt am Strandbereich ebenfalls sanitäre Anlagen und Strandbars. "The apartment was very welcoming and exactly as described. Very spacious and clam, with a shared pool and close to Rovinj. Everything was clean and thoughtfully decorated, with personal touches from the very helpful and kind owners. The kitchen is well equipped, but note that none of the ‘basic cooking ingredients’ like oil or salt are available in the flat. "

"I can’t say this enough, the service at this hotel is top of the line. We had an issue with our room upon check in and the team at the hotel checked on us multiple times to ensure that everything was ok. They truly showed understanding and compassion throughout our stay. The amenities provided at Grand Park are the best I’ve seen in Croatia and would highly recommend. The view into the city of Rovinj is also incredible. The one item that I would suggest as an improvement is that it is clear the hotel is seeing some wear and tear that comes with its usage. Things like scuffs on hallways and dirt in certain parts of the hotel. This is my second time staying here and will definitely be coming back."
