"We booked two rooms which were adjoining as we are a family of 4 with teenagers. The rooms were a great size and had what we needed. However the hotel was very rundown. The corridors were shabby and required repairs and painting. The toilet was hard to flush, our bath shower blocked with each use and took a while to drain. We asked for this to be looked at however no one came. Our safe didn’t work so we couldn’t use it. Our neighbors were very noisy slamming doors late at night and letting their...

"Awesome beautiful luxury hotel in optimal location of Marina Bay. Excellent and helpful staff, beautiful lobby, clean high-end room and balcony. Didn't have time to try the breakfast, but it looked great. Also attended a conference on the first floor with excellent catering for 2 days. Would highly recommend and stay there again. "
