"Nothing is as advertised. It’s clear that this hotel is under new management. I’m sure they inherited a real dump, and they’re trying to make it better but they have a long way to go. It took 20 minutes to check in because the key programmer wasn’t working and then the room key readers weren’t working. When I got to the room there were no towels, tissues, pillows (except for the decorative ones that are scratchy and uncomfortable), and no soap. The manager brought us 2 large towels, but no hand...
