Come and enjoy our 2 bedroom cottage ready for family and friends. The kitchen has a large island and is outfitted with everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. Enjoy the bright dining room where all can fit around the table. And after your meal, get comfy in the tv room for a family movie. Enjoy the large fully fenced-in back yard.
The house is located only a minute from Downtown Buffalo and just around the corner from Buffalo High School. If you want to venture farther afield, Waco is an hour away and Bryan College Station is a 75 minute drive. Buffalo Civic Center is just 10 miles down Hwy 75.

Charming and cozy
My family stayed here while we were in town for a wedding. It was perfect! The house is updated very well and while maintaining original charm. We were very well accommodated and comfortable. Even the dishes coordinated with the decor. The home was very clean and Kathleen was available for any questions. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was luxurious. No shortage of hot water here! The home is very accessible and entering the driveway was a breeze. Thank you, Kathleen!
