Clean and simple
We enjoyed our stay. The driveway is narrow so you have to be careful pulling in and out. Nice little closed in front porch. Big tv in living room but no TVs in any of the bedrooms. Overall a nice stay.

Comfy spacious home near the Niagra River
We enjoyed our stay very much. House is comfortable, spacious and has porch furniture and stacking chairs, bbq for the backyard. Dogs were allowed, which was much appreciated. The house is older and could use a pro cleaning and check over, but perfectly fine. Would stay again.

We traveled to visit a family member, and the location was perfect for us! Went to a restaurant recommended by the owner (great spot), and took a quick visit to the falls (easy, quick drive!).

Adequate, except for parking
We stayed here one evening at the end of a family vacation, before heading home. The description of 5 beds and 1 1/2 baths was accurate and it was clean. The overall impression of the house, however, was that it was dingy. We could live w/ that for an evening. Our main issue was that the driveway, which one has to park on, because you get a ticket if you park on the street, was the narrowest driveway any of us had ever experienced. The side of the house is on one side of the driveway and a chain link fence w/ an occasional plant is on the other. The driveway was also long, so it took nerves of steel to back out of it. We tried parking at the front of the driveway, but that blocked the sidewalk. There is a nice park that fronts the Niagara River about 5 blocks down the street from the house.

Clean, spacious bungalow. Basic necessities included. Comfortable beds .Quiet neighborhood walking distance to Niagara river. Great location to access everything Western New York has to offer !

Relaxing Space near Gorgeous River Trail
We enjoyed our time at the house, and were able to have a relaxing time with family. The beds were very comfortable! The home was very clean too and it felt cozy. We really enjoyed the nearby scenic trail, which is great for walking, running or biking. Overall, a great experience!

Very old house
Unfortunately the house is very old and in need of some TLC. The beds were not very comfortable and there were no dressers in the bedrooms. The bathroom doorknob broke and we were locked in there with no way out. The price was reasonable for our trip.

Great location!
We stayed here during a visit to see family. This house was a perfect location to our family we were visiting, as well as the water, walking trail, shops, and places to eat. Lots of space for kids to play in the common area, and everyone had their own room to sleep (even our 18 month old, which was a real treat)!

Niagara vacation
the house was as expected. The beds were nicer then I thought for a rental. Tim didn't answer questions about kitchen utensils. I would have brought some for cooking. We didn't end out using the grill but I don't think there were any grilling tools. Nice and clean. Not even a cob web.
