Fully appointed modern kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The bedroom is comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings.

Air Conditioning: Please note that much like other properties in the area, there is no air conditioning in the unit. Portable fans and ceiling fans have been installed for the comfort of guests.

A very nice place!
I really enjoyed my stay here. Tastefully furnished throughout. Very nice recently updated kitchen. Surprisingly quiet for being in a hip neighborhood. Quick walk over to the fantastic Five Points Bakery. And the host was very quick to respond to questions. Great VRBO experience.

Great spot in Elmwood Village
I really enjoyed my stay. This is a perfect spot for one person or a couple. There is off-street parking behind the house, too, which was great to have. It's also a very walkable location for restaurants and shopping on Elmwood. I will definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in town.

I loved the property but if I done knew that it was going to be on the 4th floor I wouldn't have booked the apartment because my partner has COPD and the steep steps was very hard on his breathing.The apartment looks just like the picture it was very clean and home feeling I just wish they would have had a TV in the I did have problems checking in so I had to call the property manager so she could unlock the door because the code was not working.But over all I truly loved the apartment and I would love to rent from the hostess again but just not anything where I would have to climb a lot of steps.But other than that I loved everything about the apartment!!!!!
