I booked a room overlooking the courtyard because I thought it would be pretty. It was but I wasn't able to enjoy it or the pool during my stay. There were hundreds of kids running around screaming (in town for a hockey tournament) until at least midnight. The parents were no better they were down in the courtyard hooting and hollering until midnight. Kids were running up and down halls knocking on doors.. screaming and yelling..leaving their garbage everywhere!! I didn't call and complain because the situation was totally out of control! Otherwise the staff was excellent! The food was good. I would recommend asking for a quieter place in the hotel if you want any sleep.

This hotel has so much potential Short cuts along the way in some of the Reno’s they did to some of the rooms (Ie our rooms toilet seat could not go up all the way as they built the vanity over top of the back of it lmao when asked about this, apparently this is in several of the rooms . It could make it 45 degrees and then that was it .

The place was dirty, stained walls, curtains, pillows, the bathroom was worn out, rust everywhere, other peoples hair still in the bathroom, was not cleaned properly, carpets were disgusting, furniture wore out and in very poor condition. We love this hotel. Great prices, right next to mall, Walmart, target, lots of restaurants. Pool is amazing. We have always stayed here and love it. It’s not perfect as the rooms and some areas are dated but it is slowly being upgraded. Mohamed at the front desk was amazing.
