Great Location
Close to airport & Niagra Falls. Typical big city neighborhood. Owner lives in house behind. Very personable & attentive to situations such as trouble with internet/TV. Could be a bit cleaner (fan, table on porch). Would stay there again. Positive recommendation.

Overall the place was not as nice as the pictures indicate. The beds were comfortable and the location was good but there were ants on the kitchen counter/sink/drawer. Rugs were old and there was a mustiness that the 30 air fresheners didn’t quite cover. The place could use a thorough cleaning and updating. The bathroom had painters tape covering a partially repaired wall.
