"We booked Roseroc for one night at the last minute based on reviews and we were NOT disappointed. Kevin, our genial host is a mine of information. He suggested a great restaurant you could walk to although we drove and other interesting things to do.The breakfast was fantastic. We recommend the "Roseroc" poached egg. I will try to recreate this at home. We would not hesitate to recommend Roseroc. I'm not sure quite how my wife found this little gem nestled away but she must be amazing too."

"Our stay at this hotel began promisingly with a comfortable room, friendly staff, and good food. However, this positive experience took a sharp turn when we returned to find our room door wide open, with all our valuables—electronics, passports, clothing—exposed to anyone who walked by. Given that our room was less than 10 feet from an occupied room and only 50 feet from a restaurant open to the public, this situation was both unsettling and unacceptable. "The room was very large and clean, beds were comfortable and Rudi is a very knowledgeable host. The family room had a nice selection of teas and delicious ground coffee for the french press with fresh milk as well. Lovely balcony to sit on and enjoy the sea view while having a drink. The owners have 2 friendly pugs but you don't hear them while in the room."

"Stayed here for a wedding. Our room had an enclosed patio but it opened into a corner during a large street celebration which was quite loud. I would have preferred almost any other room in the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and called me when I had left a few things behind. "
