This 4-room chalet is a spacious and bright vacation property with 100 square meters of living space spread across two levels. The layout features a large living/dining room with a panoramic window and an open-hearth fireplace, as well as a dining nook and digital TV. The living area has direct access to a balcony. The open kitchen is well-equipped with four hot plates, an oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese fondue. There is also a separate guest toilet on this level.

On the lower ground floor, you will find three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm (length 200 cm) and a hand basin. The second bedroom also features a double bed of the same size. This room has direct access to a patio. The third bedroom is designed for children, with one set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm (length 190 cm) and a hand basin. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a toilet on this level.
