So let’s start with good things first. The apartment is spacious, and has pretty much everything you’d need. Big balcony is a huge plus and the washer and dryer as well!!! Beds were ok, comfortable and you do have a garage space for a car. And let’s enumerate things that we didn’t like. First and foremost is the ABSENCE OF CONSTANT HOT WATER!!!! What is that??? Are we in the 17th century ? It isn’t even mentioned anywhere in apartment description that you’d have hot water just for 20-30 minutes and then you’d need to wait for several hours until the boiler get heated. We found it out hard way. There are 4 of us in the family. So the kids had shower, and then I went , I put the soap on, and to my biggest surprise the water became COLD!!!! Keep in mind it’s MARCH , so it is cold!!! I texted the person who got in touch with us for renting. He didn’t speak English. At night his son called , and told that we had to wait for 30 minutes until the boiler heats up. Let me tell you, the boiler did not heat up in 30 minutes!!! It took it 2-3 hours. It’s impossible to have all 4 people to shower in 20-30 minutes, and we also need to cook and wash dishes. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Then the towels are so old and washed down, so they are not white anymore, they are grey and super thin. Almost all the plates in the kitchen have cracks and chips. I was very very upset

Sehr schöner Urlaub im Wallis
Bürchen war für uns ein idealer Ausgangspunkt in die Walliser Alpen. Man kann auch von der Wohnung aus loswandern, der Wanderweg zur Moosalp ist direkt daneben. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wie beschrieben. Das WLAN funktioniert und ist schnell. Der Parkplatz war tatsächlich zu klein, an der Ronalp kann man für 20 Fr./Woche parken (Tipp: EasyPark benutzen). Man muss dann allerdings ein paar Schritte gehen. Die Betten waren genau richtig, die Küche ist super ausgestattet, der Balkon den ganzen Tag sonnig. Die Wohnung hat viel Platz. Die Schlüsselverwaltung war unkompliziert. Alles in allem haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen.
