Lastima esperaba mas, no aire acondicionado, pero el personal es muy amable. Lo agarramos para una pequeña parada en Buenos Aires, mientras esperamos nuestro vuelo a El Salvador despues de dos semanas en Santa Rosa, La Pampa, nos dieron 2 ventiladores para refrescar, la habitacion estaba limpia pero las toallas nó :( no refleja la realidad de sus fotos.

Tanto mis compañeros de viaje como yo nos sentimos engañados. Para hacer la reserva, claro está, vimos las fotos y nos pareció bastante razonable. Sin embargo, al llegar, tanto la habitación de mis amigos como la mía, daban pena. La tarjeta para abrir la puerta NUNCA funcionó. Eso me implicaba que, cada vez que debía entrar, tenía que pedirle a los encargados en la recepción para que me abrieran. Las ropas de la cama estaban sucias, olían feo y hasta tenían pelos por todo lado. Eso, para mí, era una indicación que no habían sido lavadas. EL inodoro estaba reventado y la puerta no cerraba. Afortunadamente para mí, estaba solo, sino...horrible! Los paños estaban rotos y cuando no había papel higiénico, se lo entregaban a uno en la recepción y había que subir con ello por el edificio. El ascensor del tercer piso no funcionaba... Ese hotel fue un verdadero desastre.

El peor hotel que he visitado TODO es n desastre’ nada que ver con las fotos ni siquiera la fachada del hotel! El desayuno son dos tostadas del pan más barato y un taza pequeña de café! Hay chinches y nos picaron! Sábanas rotas y baños sucios!!’ No se lo recomiendo a nadie!!! No a mi peor enemigo 😩😩😩

NO VAYAN A ESTE HOTEL
NO SE ALOJEN ES ESTE HOTEL !! Terrible atencion al cliente. Mi papa se alojo alli por una noche. Para empezar, lo cambiaron de edificio lo alojaron de 3 a 4 cuadras de la cede central. Al dia siguiente, se levanto a desayunar y le dijeron que tenia que volver a la cede central a desayunar ya que ellos no servian alli. Despues de caminar bajo una lluvia torrencial, le dijeron que acababan de cerrar la cafeteria y no le iban a dar el servicio. Se tuvo que volver al edificio donde estaba alojado( bajo la lluvia nuevamente) para hacer el check- out. Al volver a su cuarto a recoger su bolso y apagar las luces, al levantar la cabeza se golpeo con la puerta del panel de luz que estaba mal cerrada. Esto le provoco una herida cortante en la frente y comenzo a sangrar mucho. Al ir a la recepcion a pedir ayuda, nadie fue capaz de asistirlo. Dijeron que no tenian botiquín de primeros auxilios y lo dejaron sin atencion. Solo estaban apurados para que mi papa les devuelva la llave de la habitación ya que tenian mas clientes. Mi padre es un señor mayor de casi 80 años y lo dejaron totalmente solo. POR ESTA RAZON LES RECOMIENDO QUE NO VAYAN A ESTE HOTEL !!

Terrível!!!! Estávamos em conexão em Buenos Aires e resolvemos fazer uma reserva de um dia neste hotel , porque é no centro e fica perto do Aeroparque. Pior hotel que me hospedei até hoje!!! Atendimento péssimo, hotel velho com mofo, quartos sujos, com cheiro horrível, mobília suja, dá nojo, um muquifo, não recomendo. Não condiz com as fotos que está no site. Hotel é tão ruim que fizemos check out três horas após o check in. Nota Zero.
