We choose to book another hotel during our visit This hotel was dirty, smelled, dingy sheets, dirty furniture and a broken window at the front door.

The room I stayed in was old and not well..
It wasn't dirty, but tiles were cracked, grout was missing, walls and corners were nicked and damaged. The window drapes were thin, worn and translucent. If you are sensitive to light then the drapes would keep you awake. I was on the 11th floor and could hear street noise because of the single pane windows. One night during a wind storm, the drapes billowed because of air leaks around the window frames. The overall service was above average. Their staff does not speak English except one or two of the reception desk personnel. A broken front window pane was cover with plastic sheeting and remained that way for the full six days of my stay. The front door does not close and latch, creating a security lapse. The doorman was constantly having to walk the 30' from his station to the door to close it, but with the traffic in and out of the facility, it was an exercise in futility.

Old n dinghy
Do not be fool by the star rating!! This is probably a two star hotel!! It's old n dinghy!! I was asked by the front person to print out my hotel reservation on their old computers when I was trying to check in!! Unbelievable!!

Buenos Aires is an awesome city. It's Barcelona, Downtown Los Angeles, and New York's Broadway District all mixed into one. Now I know why they call Buenos Aires the "Paris of the Americas". Very elegant city.

Excellent location
Hotel was about a "Two Star" but what it lacked in luxury it made up for in a very helpful and courteous staff and a great location! This was my first trip to Buenos Aires and so I was unfamiliar and liked it. This is an expensive ride to and from any airport, but if you have time in the City it is a great location.

Not connectivity in this Hotel
The hotel is OK, but services like Internet is not OK, so business people may face a lot of connectivity issues, I try several times with the front desk people but no solution was done. To get an iron for clothes as it is announced it is a challenge. The location is great, the cleaning people is great but the front desk people needs training a lot. The Hotel is OK, but they have to solve the Internet issues, and front desk people to be train on customer needs/ customer satisfaction.

todo de 10 la sorpresa fue que compre la estadia por INTERNET, y cuando llegue al hotel ne notificaron que al ser ARGENTINO TENIAMOS QUE PAGAR UNA DIFERENCIA que correspondia al IVA ...... los extranjeros no pagan ese impuesto que nosotros si.. lo importante seria QUE TODO EL MUNDO CUANDO SACA ESTADIA SEA INFORMADO QUE TIENEN QUE PAGAR ESE IMPUESTO que los extranjeros no pagan porque son pobres no ricos como somos los argentinos
