48HS DE TERROR!
El dia 20/11 estuvimos hospedandonos en el departamento 205 de la torre luxury. Desastroso el estado del departamento!! La cocina perdia agua por todos lados! La primer noche salimos a cenar y al regresar se encontraba todo inundado ! Al comunicarme con el agente "responsable " lorena pajona. Somos maltratados y nos dice que no habían podido arreglarlo antes. Nos niega cambiarnos de departamento o devolvernos el dinero! Luego fuimos hostigados hasta el cansancio Sufri perdidas materiales y vivi en estado de alerta durante dos dias dada la peligrosidad de tener todo el piso lleno de agua y que mis bebes de un año de vida gateando cerca! Fue una experiencia espantosa ,no recomiendo en absoluto Fuimos estafados por la "señora" pajona que en ningun momento mostro buena predisposición ni solidaridad para hacerse cargo de la situación y aunque sea devolvernos el dinero para podeer irnos a otro lugar! De TERROR.
