Melhor impossível!
Chegamos ao Arenales e logo vimos um aviso de que na verdade a estadia seria no Esmeralda. Demoramos um pouco pra achar, porém foi muito melhor. O local foi basicamente o melhor. Meio do caminho pra todos os passeios essenciais de Buenos Aires. AMAMOS!

There were lots of noise in the night from the maintenance work on the street. No proper sitting arrangement in the room (no couch). Lift doors were small. Though breakfast was ok, there were no varieties. Same food every morning.

One disappointing things is they call twin bed to a sofá cama. Ask booked for family studio king and twin bed. The kit hen was ok but to me the twin bed is not a sofá cama.

The reservation was just made the day before I stayed and the staff couldnt find my reservation for a while even though my credit card was already charged for the full stay. Therfore, checking in took a while that made feel not that good mood. Apart from that the stay was good.

Good hotel in a great location
Older hotel is a great location. Walk to Florida Street, metro and many attractions. Room was clean but dated decor with older furnishings. We didn't mind the decor and really enjoyed our stay as the room, with its built in kitchen and good size bathroom, was very functional. Breakfast was great and I highly recommend it. Just breads, meat, cheese, and pastries, plus coffee and juices, but it was good quality and all we needed to start our day. We stayed 6 nights and the reception was always eager to help with directions or recommendations. The only problem was the poor wifi in the room. Half the room did not receive functional wifi, so we did spend a few nights in the lobby when we wanted to watch some streaming videos. If you want a good launching point but don't want to stay in Palermo or other local with slightly higher rates and street noise, LOI Suites is recommended.

二度目の利用ですが、満足の滞在でした。スタッフの対応がよくいつも気持ちよく利用できています。タクシーやタンゴショーの予約や毛布追加の対応も迅速でした。英語を使えるスタッフがこちらの要求・質問に対していつもさらっと応えてくれるので、安心して過ごせました。

Sehr gutes und sauberes Hotel
Sehr sauber, es hat alles gut funktioniert. Das Personal war freundlich und professionell. Die Umgebung ist sehr gut, eine der elegantesten Gegenden Buenos Aires. Nur gibt’s Kritik für den schlechten Kaffee beim Frühstücksbüffet und den Lärm am Vormittag aufgrund der Verwendung von Walkie-Talkies durch das Personal in den Stockwerken, trotzdem keinen Punktenabzug. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt und würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

O hotel é simples, o quarto tem uma pequena cozinha, com fogāo, forno, uma Mesa para fazer alimentaçāo, fica perto de cafés, restaurantes, comércio, bancos e a Calle Florida, uma Rua tradicional de comércio . O que nāo gostei, ficamos no primeiro andar, apto de frente para a Rua, onde há um supermercado, uma casa de frutas . As 5h da manhā começa o desgarregamento dos produtos, com dois caminhōes, por serem os produtos refrigerados, os caminhōes nāo desligam o motor , conclusāo, nāo se dorme Mais por causa do barulho dos motores e caixas dos produtos sendo carregados pelos carrinhos que os transportam.

Muito bom
Os atendentes são cordiais e as acomodações valem o custo benefício. Você tem a possibilidade de comprar no mercado que fica em frente, pode chegar a vários pontos caminhando. No geral o hotel cumpre o que promete. Uma dica para os brasileiros é levar ou comprar um adaptador pois as tomadas tem padrão diferente do nosso. O café da manhã é simples, mas para mim foi satisfatório.
