ÓTIMO ATENDIMENTO
FUI MUITO BEM ATENDIDO PELA GERENTE E FUNCIONÁRIOS DO HOTEL, SEMPRE PRESTATIVOS E ATENCIOSOS. HOTEL FICA NO CORAÇÃO DE BUENOS AIRES, PERTINHO DO OBELISCO. PONTO EXTRATÉGICO PARA TODA LOCALIDADE QUE DESEJA SE DESLOCAR.

Mas o menos la estadía..
Al llegar 8 am.. La habitación recién me la dieron a las 14 horas y me recibieron las valijas a las 10. O sea q casi estuve medio día sin habitación. Segundo el hotel no contaba con servicio de internet el cual especificaba q si tenía en la web de compra... Al final me dieron una clave compartida, o sea q si la usaba otra hab yo me quedaba sin internet. en este viaje mío de negocios el internet en la hab eran fundamentales. Perdí tiempo y dinero por ello. Las explicaciones del caso con la chica Analia fueron insuficiente y dándole excusas a otras personas. Menos en las responsabilidades como hotel se tienen ( y no pague una hab baratas) . A favor debo decir q el aparta hotel donde me ubicaron era limpio y bonito.

Solo destaco la vista, y la ubicacion.Fui con mi marido, y al llegar nos encontramos con 2 camas de 1 plaza, sin dvd, sin wifi gratis como lo describen en la publicacion y en lo acordado telefonicamente, ah la heladerita no funcionaba que lo pedi especificamente.Cuando fuimos a reclamar nos dijieron que estaba todo ocupado y que no nos podian cambiar de habitacion, solo nos dieron la contraseña wifi por 1 dia! Claro pero ya habia pagado la estadia telefonicamente, porque no admitian solo la reserva.Me molesto mucho la verdad, y las pocas ganas de satisfacer al cliente.Definitivamente no vuelvo.

Muy bueno... pero....
El hotel muy bonito, muy confortable, la ubicación espectacular, la habitación un lujo, pero la atención pésima, no hubo servicio de habitación, no teníamos recepcionista, tuvimos que poner de nuestro bolsillo para los elementos de higiene, ni siquiera hubo cambios de toallas y sabanas... en fin directamente no hubo atención!!

Excelente ubicacion
Ubicacion inmejorable. La habitacion muy amplia, colchones comodos pero no estaba limpia, hasta encontramos una remera tirada en el piso del baño. No se como funciona con el apart, pero la conserjeria solo estaba hasta las 18 hs y el dia sabado 22 que realizamos el check out, no encontramos a nadie. La verdad que imaginaba mejor nivel, al menos el apart no llega a 4 estrellas como lo anuncian.
