Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
First of all, communication with property was very dismal. I had emailed them for check-in instructions a couple of days before the start of the rerservation and no one responded. When I got to BA, I called the number in the reservation and someone responded on WhatsApp and was told we had to wait till 3pm because the unit was still being cleaned. At a little after 3pm, we went to room to find it was completely NOT cleaned. Called again and they gave excuses about cleaning staff being too busy. When the cleaning staff got there they asked us what needed cleaning?! I said everything and pointed out that the bed was not made, there was dust everywhere, marked up walls, and mold in the bathrooms. We were asked to go to the multi-purpose room and wait about 40 minutes for room to be cleaned. Upon our return, the unit was cleaned up mostly, but there was was still mold around bathroom fixtures. We were so tired after almost 20 hours of traveling that we just gave up. The unit itself faced the street and the noise level was insane. While the property itself appeared to be newer, the windows did not block any noise at all. With all the windows closed, you can literally make out conversations happening on the street. It didn't help that a fire station is right down the street either. When the fire trucks went by, the sirens sounded like they were inside the unit. We would not recommend this place for these reasons. Other than the location, it had nothing redeemable nor a good value.
