I had travelled 25 hours and was very tired when I arrived, and the staff were particularly helpful. They came to my room and helped set up the safe and the TV when I couldn’t. I like that they have bottled water in the lobby area that the guests can always access. They don’t have lots of flashy stuff, but you have everything you need and the things they have are all good (like the hot shower).

You get what you pay for.
The area is pretty sketchy but the hotel is kept up nicely. You get what you pay for. They don't have room safes, and only provided housekeeping once for a one week stay.

The room was reasonably clean and non smoking and wifi was a plus. However, the glass windows has no sound proof ability at all and the traffic near by was quite heave throughout the night which made it quite hard to sleep. The lift was broken at the night I checked in so had to carry my 20kg suitcase all the way up to 4th floor and down when checking out. However, the price was quite cheap for having your own room.

Lock up your stuff!
The local area is a little sketchy, there's nothing to see. The hotel is close to a subway station so even though there is nothing to see in the area, it is easy to get around. The window in our room did not drown out any noice so we were woken up multiple times during the night by people walking by or loud traffic. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine and the breakfast was nothing to brag about. I leave this hotel with one pair of pants less (they magically disappeared after housekeeping had been in our room) and I have no plans of returning. If you're gonna stay here; bring ear plugs and lock your stuff up!

Very good for the price
It is a good hotel. Clean and close to Subway stations. Of course the facilities and services like the breakfast are very simple. But I thought everything were better than what I expected for the price. Recommended for those looking for a budget hotel but well located and clean.

bad service. Insecure neighbourhood.
The staff was never nice or helpfull. The cleaning ladies were looking at my personal stuff, touching my clothes and makeup. The page said the hotel was near a nice nighbourhood called Recoleta but it's not and the place is very insecure. Locals told me to not go outside at night because of that.

nice hotel for the money, very helpful stuff
room was clean and that was the most important thing, because i did not come to Buenos Aires to stay at the hotel, so the amenities did not really matter. Staff was very friendly and helpful. they had cereal for breakfast, but again, you get what you pay for. Food in Buenos Aires was never a problem.

This hotel is not in the best neighborhood; the front door is locked 24 hours a day. Neither of the 2 front desk staff that were there during my stay spoke more than a few words of English; my almost non-existent Spanish was better than their English, so they were not much help for answering questions. According to Hotels.com, the standard room I booked was supposed to come with a minibar and a room safe, and it had neither one. The only furniture in the room was the bed, a nightstand, and a plastic chair. When I first checked in, I got a room with a single bed instead of a double so I had to request a room change. Then the new room had no towels or cups in it so I had to request those. Sheets, blankets, and towels were all quite thin, though adequate for this time of year (June). Wi-Fi quality varied; sometimes it was good, other times the download speed was very slow. Breakfast consisted of 2 kinds of cereal and several kinds of bread and medialunas with tea, coffee, and orange juice. On the plus side, there is a McDonald's on the next block on one side, and a Carrefour market around the corner, a number of cafes within a few blocks, and a COTO supermarket with a good deli department about 3-4 blocks away, across from Plaza Miserere where there is a subway station.

Amazing staff, clean, quiet and safe!!
Amazing staff, felt safe and very well taken care of... the only problem is it was a taxi ride to the main parts of Buenos Aires. Next time would go to a different location closer to the cathedral.

Fantastic Service
We were really pleased with this Hotel and would have been happy to stay longer. The neighbourhood didn't appear to be the best but actually we felt quite OK walking about. Taxis are very cheap in Buenos Aries so there is no real problem. Subte (Subway Metro was quite close as well) Abasto Shopping Centre was less than five blocks away. Hotel Staff were excellent and all very helpful. No hesitation at recommending this Hotel

Muy dispuestos y amables el personal. Excelente atención. Muy bueno la refrigeración del hotel ya que viajamos en épocas de extremo calor. El desayuno escaso y falta de variedad en cuanto a los productos. Estuvimos 4 días y todos ofrecieron lo mismo. Se sugiere en días de tanto calor ofrecer la posibilidad de frutas y yogur. Incluso beneficiaría a los celíacos. Mi hija sólo tenía galletas para celíacos.

O café da manhã é muito decepcionante, comemos um dia e nos outros dias saímos para tomar café da manhã. Além disso, o adaptador do hotel queimou o meu iPhone. Foi um grande prejuízo. Outro aspecto que deve ser comentado é que a TV não funcionava. Ou ligava a TV ou o decodificador. Ou seja, não dava para assistir nada. O quarto tinha um cheiro estranho. Além disso, o hotel tinha um sistema muito estranho que independente da hora que você chegasse no hotel, um funcionário tinha que abrir a porta. O sistema de luzes dos corredores era muito ruim. Diversas vezes ficamos no escuro esperando o elevador. Tirando todas essas ressalvas negativas, vale acrescentar que o pessoal da recepção sempre foi bastante educado e solícito.
