"Hotel is located in a great location. Restaurant on site has great food and surrounding area is great and walkable. The bed was not comfortable and the hotel did not have extra fans. Tbe ceiling fan is nit enough to keep cool."

"The property is not in downtown. You need to take a taxi or uber to reach to old town. It is easy and not expensive. Area is outskirts of the town so it is not walkable."

"I love love the contemporary design of the hotel! The pool and patio area were stunning to sit and enjoy the evening. The staff was so kind and thoughtful of our needs. I love that the key card for your room only allowed you to go on your floor. A great safe place for a wanderer like myself. Easy to get a cab. Price was great! Breakfast was so good!"

"Hicimos la reservación sin saber que aceptaban mascotas, cuando llegamos el cuarto tenía bolas de pelos enredados en el cable del teléfono y manchas en la alfombra. Dos cuartos vecinos habían metido a sus perros a escondidas y estaban ladre y ladre, tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación cosa que si hicieron sin problema."

"We played in a pickleball tournament onsite, so the hotel was a great choice. Rooms are a bit outdated, but the grand hacienda style is amazing. I will definitely stay here again when in Queretaro."

"The apartment is very spacious and bright, even larger than it appears in the photos. It’s squeaky, clean and modern, with comfortable furniture and beds. It’s quite easy to find and access with a door code works well. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the central Plaza, in a safe area."
