Hotel very clean, safe and with a outstanding bay and port view in the west side balconies (front). Yes, the rooms have a balcony not very common in other jotels. The staff very helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast included was yummy and well prepare. Restaurants close by are good, we didn't have the chance to check the restaurant on property o the pool area, otherwise highly recommended.

Check in staff was unfriendly and not helpful. The hotel does not have parking and they made no effort to help us find one. Luckily, the men outside of the hotel assisted us. There were no towels in the pool area and Igor the price we paid I think we could’ve had more amenities. We stayed at the Cosmos in 2019 and think the hotel is deteriorating.

Me quedé dos días y nunca hicieron aseo la chica de recepción no es nada amable todo lo contrario . Es uno de los hoteles más caros de Buenaventura si no es el más caro y no marcan la diferencia en absolutamente nada no hacen aseo no hay una buena atención hasta para usar ese parqueadero problema . Me dieron una sola tarjeta y éramos dos lo que toca estar pidiendo que le ayuden a uno con el ascensor . Pésima atención.

Nos gusta mucho el hotel y siempre que vamos a Buenaventura es nuestra primera opción. Lo único malo que vemos es que algunas habitaciones empiezan a tener deterioro en sus cortinas, grifos de la ducha, etc. Adicionalmente, tienen el problema de siempre y es no contar con parqueaderos para los vehículos de los huéspedes. Deberían hacer algún convenio con los parqueaderos cercanos para que los huéspedes obtengamos una tarifa diferencial. También he sugerido acumular puntos para canjear por noches de alojamiento pero hasta ahora no he obtenido respuesta alguna. De resto, 10/10. Su personal de recepción y vigilancia son los mejores.
