"We really liked this hotel! We travel all year for our child’s sport, and we were delighted with this little retro gem. It is about 10 min from the Virginia Horse Center. We traveled and camped in both the Smokey's and Shenandoah National Parks. Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park is at the ridge with many amazing vistas. Camping in the National Parks on 100 Anniversary of the creation of the National Parks was very exciting. We met a lot of great people as well as exchanged stories about out travels and volunteering in the NP.
