Can’t beat the location!
This property is right on Main Street. It is conveniently located in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The condo itself is fairly basic but has all the things you may need for your stay.

We visit BV regularly. This condo has a great location- walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We spend most of our time outdoors, so it was everything we needed!

Girls Weekend
Perfect location to downtown and the river for hiking. Great layout plenty of room and there were 5 of us girls. Close to the hot springs we went to the new location Charlotte Hot Springs - great pools and not crowded at all. We will be back!

Loved it!!!
This place was beautiful!! We loved the location: just a block away from the nearest restaurant and cafe but also a short walk to the Arkansas River! We even met the neighbor who was very sweet! The home was gorgeous, clean and had EVERYTHING we could have needed (even coffee creamer!!!) Great location for exploring the collegiate peaks and whitewater rafting on the Arkansas!

Great choice!
It was exactly as listed. We could walk to all the Main Street stores as well as the river and south main shops. It was perfect for not having to wrestle my 1 year old into a car seat. It’s simple and clean with all the amenities we needed. It’s right across from the elementary school so there was a little more traffic in the morning and afternoons during the week. But it wasn’t disruptive. It’s a pretty peaceful place. Even the pullout couch bed had memory foam which made it comfortable so the camping pads we brought weren’t needed. It’s a great choice for a in town trip to BV.

This two bedroom condo was immaculately clean. Check in and out instructions were very clear. The place was turn-key; towels, kitchen utensils, washer and dryer, everything you need for a home away from home. I would absolutely stay there again.

Great location for outdoor adventure
Great place to stay for my family wanting to enjoy hiking in surrounding mountains. Close to downtown area for shopping and restaurants. We cooked our breakfast and dinner meals at the property and it had everything we needed. Clean! There was no cable TV so if you wanted to watch something you had to stream it through your phone. We were not able to get it to connect but it was a GREAT time to play cards as a family without electronics! Also with all the cooking we did there only 3 dishwasher pods so we had to get more. Overall a great little place and we’d stay there again!

Great downtown BV location
As described. great location and walkable for Main Street BV. 2BR 1.5BA was good for our family of four. No AC, but that's not unusual for CO properties. A bit of misc road noise with open windows at night. TV only has subscription services, no local TV or antenna (which is as described...just an observation). would definitely stay here again for using BV as a home-base for Chaffee Co and Collegiate Peaks adventures.
