Floors we're dirty,stains on bed sheets,stains on TV and walls, But on the other hand the place was quiet, so so friendly staff, lots of parking spaces, safe place to stay. It just needs a little tide it up and would be A 5 star review.

Our family always enjoys it here when we do Knott's trips. Easy walk across the street and the family room is great with kids. It is not 5 star, but neither is the price, so dont expect things that are beyond good, basic, accommodations.

Do NOT STAY HERE. Absolutely disgusting room. Sheets and pillows had stains, box bed dirty and stained, dirty curtains, crayon scribbles on walls. Just gross. I honestly would’ve slept in my car but I had kids with me. I’m lucky I had 3 extra blankets in the car to put over the dirty sheets. I believe there are people who live here long term. Loud and kids playing outside at 2AM. No respect for guests. Never ever staying here.

Great location. Affordable. I stay here often because of going to Disneyland and Knott’s. I have a preferred room that they try to put me in when it’s available. Each room has a mini fridge and microwave. There’s a gas station on one corner and a Walgreens on the other. Walmart is to the south and Target to the north.

They got roaches.. not only so but our bathroom was leaking some nasty water from the toilet and think it needs to be fixed. Also the “king sized bed” was pretty hard to sleep on.. first and last for me.

Front desk person was not service oriented. Upon arrival around 5p the front desk office was locked. I had to give a 100.00 CASH Only deposit at check in (no cards accepted). Of course there was an ATM right next to check in window so you have to pay a FEE to withdraw the hundred. The room had 2 small towels and other guests were at front desk asking for towels. I saw a couple bugs in the room one of which looked like a roach. When I checked out early to attend to a family emergency, the same front desk person demanded to know a reason... like its any of his business. Will never stay here again.

As soon as walked inside the room I felt like it was not sanitized correctly. The bath tub had a huge dirt ring all over. The curtain had thum tags to hold it and n place and my son had step on one. On the day of our check out as we double checked to make sure we are not forgetting anything I open a drawer and I found the drawer was full of needles and let m tell you it could of got ugly just because I had my kids and they could of got into it. When I let the clerk know of the situation it seemed as if he was not surprised of the situation.If I could get in contact with management I would like a refund for at least one of my night
