"Hotel new, rooms are spaciuos, but the rooms have not air conditioning, air ventilation in the bathroom exists but not working, the floor and the coil do not heat, the smell of sewage comes from the bathroom, bad room service,non-fresh yesterday’s food is served for breakfast it’s a cardboard box for German retirees - strongly do not recommend."

"It was the worst check-in ever. There was such loud noise from kids playing some kind of racket ball game in the basement that I could hardly hear the check-in person. She was the most disrespectful, rude and unhelpful person!!! I almost left to go somewhere else. I think her name was Beata. "We stayed 6 nights and had 2 rooms. Access to the property and signage is poor, it took some time to locate the property and the lobby. Parking stalls are narrow, several could not be used due to imperfect parking. Hotel location is good, very close to the sea and next to a park, but quite far from city centre. "Liked the location Good selection and good quality breakfast buffet Did not like the lack of English speaking staff Would not recommend if you do not speak Polish or German Free WIFI was not available - nobody could explain why! Complementary toiletries consisted of 1 x 20ml shower gel, 1 x 20ml shampoo plus 1 x small soap per person - if you are staying more than 1 night you must take your own as these are not replenished. On enquiring we were told to buy toiletries ourselves."

"Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, die Bettwäsche hat super frisch gerochen 👍 und die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und sprachen gutes deutsch. Für alle, auch für unseren Hund, war es ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank & gerne wieder "
