Das Haus ist gepflegt, sauber und die tolle Lage in Budoni ist ideal.
Pros: Check-in ohne Komplikationen, schnell und einfach. Moderne Einrichtung, schöner Garten (Kunstrasen) mit viel Platz. Küche ausreichend mit großem Kühlschrank und Eisfach. Gasherd auch ok. Föhn, Staubsauger etc. vorhanden. Sind mit 4 Personen angereist. Von daher waren die 2 Badezimmer perfekt. Getrennte Ebenen, so dass man auch seine Privatsphäre hat. Sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Stets zu erreichen. Schnelle Kommunikation. Die Lage in Budoni ist ideal, wenn man Abends nicht mehr mit dem Auto wegfahren will. Zum nächsten Strand (Stella Marina) nur 3 Autominuten. Restaurants, Supermärkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Cons: Leider kein W-LAN. Aber sonst nur Kleinigkeiten, die man verschmerzen kann. Aber der Gastgeber kümmert sich sofort um Abhilfe. Aufgetretene Mängel werden vom Gastgeber noch erledigt.

Pros: Schöne Terasse und schöner Garten. Ortsrandlage mit freiem Blick auf das Inland. Cons: Die Beleuchtung im Haus war ziemlich spärlich. Das Doppelbett in der oberen Etage muss erneuert werden. Bei jeder Bewegung knirscht es sehr stark.
