"Property was very comfortable, super clean and spacious enough for 5 peeps and a dog. Kitchen equipped enough to cook and fab separate laundry area for all the beach mess.Absolute highlight is the location of house - 5 mins walk to either of the beaches, turning left or right of house for either the waves/non waves beaches. 10 mins to the strip of shops. Prompt response from owner when needed. 3 lovely nights spent. "

"We had a large group of friends staying at Iona Park for a reunion and we were all absolutely blown away. From the moment you arrive, the facilities are jaw dropping. Both the inside, especially the pool room and library, and outside (double tennis court!) were stunning. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty big enough to accommodate all of us. The check-in process was very smooth and the hosts were a pleasure to deal with. I can’t recommend this stay highly enough!"

"Overall we did enjoy our stay but would choose a different house next time. It’s just a short walk to Callala beach which is a lovely area. We did unfortunately find a few issues with the property. Keys didn’t work we had to use the cleaners key. Listing stated 2.5 bathrooms which it does have but picture shows 3 toilets there is only 2. No plug for the bath. BBQ needs a good clean! No door on the bunk room in the granny flat which is not ideal when positioned right next to a bathroom. Last of...

"The apartment is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed. The spacious deck was perfect for enjoying sunset dinners with a stunning lake view. It was incredibly peaceful and conveniently close to all the attractions in Jervis Bay. I look forward to returning soon!"

"Perfect beach location, direct access to dog friendly beach in which our Labrador loved. The house in general is great, nice light and private-comfortable living areas,beds and clean linen. Attention to detail lacking in aspects of home, kitchen wares and crockery definately in need of upgrade..TVs in need of repair,Netflix not working.Spa and surrounds lovely although BBQ gas bottle empty on arrival which was frustrating .All in all we had a lovely stay and loved Culburra ,room for improvements...

"We had a lovely stay. The house was neat, tidy and beds were comfy. Easy walk to the main street and the beach. Check in process was easy. The only disappointing thing was the pool...it was set to heat at 36 degrees on a hot spring weekend with temps of 28 - 30. Would have been nice to have had a dip in a cold pool."

"Lovely, cozy, interesting. Very well located to Fitzroy Falls, which has some nice walks. Numerous wineries within 10 to 30 minutes drive. Host is intriguing, helpful, near by but not imposing. Kitchen is pretty limited - yay!Hooved neighbors were good listeners. "

"We had a trouble free stay at ForestBrae. The accommodation is spacious, very clean and very well stocked. Every cooking utensil we could want and very many basic provisions were available. The lounge has a relaxing outlook. It is a very quiet location with bird noise and no car noise. It is walking distance to the shops. We would stay again "
