Little Northcott: Tranquil and welcoming 4 bedroom house. Normally Sleeping up to 8 plus infants in cots: 2 double en suite and 2 twin bedrooms plus family bathroom with jacuzzi bath (flexible bed configuration whereby each twin can be converted to a double bed and 1 x superking can be converted to another twin) .

Option to sleep additional 2 guests in Shepherd Hut (Additioal 20% of rental rate).

Large private enclosed garden with hot tub on raised patio enjoying panoramic views out across the countryside to the coast. Located on our farm at Northcott. Just 15 minutes walk along our private farm lane to the dog friendly beach and 20 minutes walk to the local pub. Up to 3 dogs welcome.

Family friendly
Property was spacious and homely, all mod cons. Great for kids to run around and lovely peaceful, rural setting. Great access for disabled . Hot tub overlooking sunset and total dark at night, bliss. Made to feel v welcome by Andrew 👍
