The room was very basic, not close to what Hilton offers. The bedding and pillows seemed to be of a bed and breakfast rather than those expected of a Hilton Hotel.

We had a comfortable stay. Check in was great! Front Desk staffs were very helpful. Kudoz to the housekeeping my room was clean and spotless. .the hotel is accessible to a mall which we enjoyed most is shopping.

Eh in Budapest.
Inside looks like recycled Soviet. Staff were ok, but not as friendly or helpful as typical of a good American hotel. This was at the end of our cruise. The initial hotel, the Sheraton Bucharest, was a far superior experience.

Great 3 Night Stay
Three night stay after finishing Danube River Cruise. Located next door to West End Mall. Front Desk staff were superb, room was large and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was awesome and Fitness Centre was great (virtually empty every time I used it) Could have provided bottles of water, but otherwise everything was fine. only a 5 minute waslk to Flipper Pinball Museum. Highly recommend to all travellers. Not cheap, but very nice hotel

Easy to book, stay and organise travel from desk
Easy check in and check out - a slight delay on one room, but believed to be due to a mistype of names. Very clean, good food for breakfast, easy to get the front desk to call a cab. All in all, very pleasing. Will stay again in the coming months.
