"This property was great! Only a short 10-15 drive to COTA coming from the southeast of the track made for a nice hassle-free experience each day. The home was well appointed and had all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. All guests had nothing but good things to say about the home. The screened in porch with the gas fire-pit was great for morning coffee and evening chats and cocktails. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Overall stay was good and the host was fairly responsive to my concerns and questions. However the "sofa bed" is not a true bed as there is no mattress whatsoever and the back rest simply lays flat. We had 1 pillow for the master bed and no where to hang out clothes( no hangers or closet). Wish we could have enjoyed the outside of the house more but there was only 1 chair available for a house that will accommodate 5. Could use a few more kitchen utensils and pots and pans for the people who...

"We had a corporate retreat while here and let me tell you it's the best place around. There so many places to sleep and accommodate groups 20-30. Each home allows privacy for individuals but the common areas between the house allow for gatherings. I can't wait to stay here every year."

"The house was exactly as pictured and excellent for the stay. The outdoor space was lovely for our wedding and everyone thought it was a great location/venue. Prior to the weekend communication was excellent but when it came time to actually being there, communication went downhill. A wedding can be high stress so having that happen was frustrating; however, the owner did get someone to come mow the outdoor event space on the day of the event and it gave us just enough time to finish decorating....

"We arrived at the place to find that the owner was there and that as she had canceled when I did not have any notification, Vrbo assured that I actually had my reservation and everything in order but this woman decided to cancel at the last minute. So very bad experience."
