"This property was great! Only a short 10-15 drive to COTA coming from the southeast of the track made for a nice hassle-free experience each day. The home was well appointed and had all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. All guests had nothing but good things to say about the home. The screened in porch with the gas fire-pit was great for morning coffee and evening chats and cocktails. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Overall stay was good and the host was fairly responsive to my concerns and questions. However the "sofa bed" is not a true bed as there is no mattress whatsoever and the back rest simply lays flat. We had 1 pillow for the master bed and no where to hang out clothes( no hangers or closet). Wish we could have enjoyed the outside of the house more but there was only 1 chair available for a house that will accommodate 5. Could use a few more kitchen utensils and pots and pans for the people who...

"A wonderful place for all in the family to enjoy - from 6 weeks old to 74 - 3 brothers and their families. We had space to all get together, gathering on the Nut House porch for our outdoor style dining and in the big room for Christmas morning.The pecan orchard gave us running/walking/and exploring space and the youngest loved visiting the chickens and horses in the adjacent property. "Family members stayed here for a wedding weekend celebration. There is a spiral staircase to get to the two bedrooms in the loft area. The “younger” members of our group were given that area to enjoy and to maneuver their suitcases up. Overall a lovely property and enjoyed the stay "

"This home was beautiful and very close to the center of town. My siblings and I stayed here for a wedding and loved it! The host, Akash was great and very attentive. If I ever return to Dripping Springs, I'll be staying here again! "

Prior to the weekend communication was excellent but when it came time to actually being there, communication went downhill. A wedding can be high stress so having that happen was frustrating; however, the owner did get someone to come mow the outdoor event space on the day of the event and it gave us just enough time to finish decorating....

"Property was beautiful! Picture do no justice it's just breath taking! We had a small wedding at this location and everyone complimented on the Property! We would love to come back again one day for a longer stay."

"We had a great stay at this property. The house was very spacious and we easily slept 14 people. Amenities at the house were great for a weekend get away. We had everything we needed to cook meals at the house instead of venturing out. The property manager was fantastic to work with and gracious with us for a minor request on checkout day. We highly recommend the property!"
