"The hotels lobby is beautiful and the bar tender was very friendly and made some delicious drinks. I liked how modern the elevators felt having touch screen controls. The room was nice but a bit simple in design. The bathroom however was very beautiful with the all class counter top and having the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash was splendid. If I am ever need to stay in Tacoma again I will be staying there again if possible. "

The shuttle drivers were friendly, quick, and efficient with transportation to and from the airport. There were a lot of great breakfast options to choose from. Our overall experience was wonderful.
