"The property is basically a garden shed with basic amenities. There were stains on the floor and walls, only one knife one spoke one fork and one teaspoon and the cups, plates hadn’t been washed and were sticky, plus there were no bowls just plates! On the first night I complained about the smell in the flat which didn’t really get sorted and the next morning we had our first showers in the room. "Stunning space in a beautiful location. Quiet relaxing and calming. Lovely touches including automatic night lights, Christmas decorated tree outside (definitely going to steal this idea), very generous welcome pack. Fabulous shower and comfy bed. Lovely walks on the doorstep and a great local cafe for brunch. We could keep going with the positives! Alistair and Julie were very attentive and lovely hosts. Highly recommended. "

"I didn't receive any instructions for self check in until I called the letting agent. The property is dark and dingy. It smelled damp and was cluttered with unnecessary furniture (large sofa foot stool, 4 armchairs, 4chairs, fridge freezer & non working fridge, for a double room). The decor is very worn with signs of damage. The carpets are stained. The external area was very overgrown with weeds. The TV remote didn't work and there was no TV ariel connected.
