"They gave me a free upgrade to a room with a view of the Rhine. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had at any European hotel. They had a designated machine only for hot chocolate, and the cocoa was so good I drank three cups. There was also a smoothie maker. Also, just a 10-minute walk to the Drachenfelsbahn."

Quirky and interesting bar / check in area with great views of the airport. Bedroom was clean and comfortable with the exception of the bed. This had one bulky pillow (I'd have preferred two smaller ones) and the bed itself was narrow. Staff were great."
