"The hotel itself deserves five stars, but the lack of a shuttle service reduces that: the hotel would be ideal for an overnight layover near the airport, but the lack of shuttle services makes for two expensive taxi rides or long walks with luggage in a poorly lit neighbourhood. "

"We stayed here the evening before a morning flight out of Frankfurt airport. While it is completely walkable from the hotel to the airport, it was a cold (and somewhat miserable) 15 minute walk from Terminal 2. There is a bus which shortens the walk somewhat (61), and there is a bus X17 which has a stop right in the Gardens area where the hotel is, but we couldn't figure out the bus schedule for it. "Super easy and great spot for train. Fantastically quiet, clean, easy....Only thing is it got warm at night. Adjusted the air but didn't quite matter. I think there may just have been nightime termperature setting in hotel."

"My daughter and I had a very comfortable, clean room. The hotel had a gym which was especially important to my daughter since she works out regularly. Friendly staff and the breakfast menu was "out of sight". So many selections and a juicer with fresh fruit to make your own drink. And their other meal options were good as well. "I had to extend my stay an extra day due to the industrial strikes on airports but the hotel where able to keep me in the same room so minimal moving around. Room was comfortable though a little small and breakfast was very good. Staff were also very nice and helpful to. I will say however one issue I had was if I needed any amenities, despite using the app no one brought them or alerted me if I need to collect them or not. "Close to station. Nice hotel. Clean. Perfect bed. Sometimes a lot of junks in the streets near the station. But that's a problem of the town Frankfurt and not related to the hotel. Breakfast good. "
