"Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

Verdunklung nur per Rollo, und die funktionieren nicht mehr richtig. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, und sogar noch Einiges mehr. Kleiner Tisch zum Essen. No concierge; non-contact registering leaves you without anyone to offer immediate assistance. Malfunctioning RFID (electronic) keypad locked us out of our apartment on our last night and left us sleeping on the hallway floor with no bathroom facilities available; calls to SEEGER emergency assistance proved useless. Expedia was of no help. Wouldn't risk a repeat."

"The apartment was very clean and tidy. Checking in was super easy and modern. The location is a bit remote but very quiet. The apartment has everything you need. However, the fridge in the living room and bedroom is quite loud and a bit annoying at night. Additionally, the Wi-Fi is extremely poor and hardly usable if you need to get some work done. Overall, the value for money was reasonable given the circumstances."

Da es sich um eine Souterrain-Wohnung handelt, war es trotz der Hitze ausreichend kühl. Ein Sonnenschirm und Liegestühle wären perfekt gewesen. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Sollte es uns noch einmal in diese Ecke ziehen, würden wir gerne wieder kommen."

"Empfang freundlich, hilfsbereit. Wohnung war sehr einfach, uns fehlte die Küche um uns wirklich wohlzufühlen. Warmes Wasser hatten wir nur in der Dusche, zum Abwaschen Wasser im Kocher erwärmt. Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön aber für uns nicht geeignet weil etwas eingeschränkt im Laufen. Sehr viele Treppen zur Ferienwohnung bzw eine steile Straße hoch. Parkmöglichkeit direkt an der steilen Straße. Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut an die Straßenbahn(5 Minuten hin, 10 zurück s.o.)"
