Very disappointing place. They have no front desk service at any time of the day or night.
You depend upon a code you have to enter to open the front door electronically. But the manager “ forgot” to give me the access code so you will struggle to get their attention to get inside the hotel and you are just arriving from the airport. Then you see how this electronic access/ device is a challenge for everyone because the try to make it work attemptyin battery change, or entire device change. If you are there during this challenging times , you will be locked out of the hotel and the surroundings of the place are deplorable , the street is very dirty ( I mean the garbage and the rats are everywhere. Well , it is the old town, the straight cats are well feed) .The caretaker /,house keeping employee from India is very nice and helpful and to be praised .
You can hardly clean yourself without a shower system . My advice: pay 10 dollars more a day for a real hotel .this place is not worthy the headache . Good luck trying to get into the Hotel and then with the terrible noise till 5 AM every day . The municipal cleaning crew of the street will wake you up at 7 am . Very lousy hotel , for more than 90 dollars a night, as Bucharest is a very nice but affordable place to visit . Very bad hotel to stay .
