Come enjoy the perks of having KY lake in your backyard. This quaint country cabin makes enjoying the lake easy. Located right on the Tennessee/Kentucky line you can enjoy the deep water, year around. A great home for a fishing trip, family get away or enjoying time with friends. Here is what you can expect when staying at "Our Cypress Retreat."

Living room:
-Open concept living room with views to the kitchen, dinning, and to back deck.

Kitchen:
-Fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware.
- All major appliances
- Guest must provide their own spices, condiments, food, and drinks. (including coffee)
- Standard coffee pot

Dinning Area:
- Dinning table large enough to seat 6.
- Barstools at kitchen island for additional seating.

Downstairs bath:

not gentle sloping yard not good fot elderly
It was a very nice getaway. We enjoyed our stay.I don't think it was worth the price for the amount of disrepair. The screening on porch had some large open areas. The backyard had broken glass and a few beer bottle tops. Some areas of the dock had broken railing. It smelled like wet dog when we first walked in. And the tire swing had tread poking out making it unuseable for my kids. Old furniture I never left the porch for fear of falling The steps to house unlevel
