"Smart Hotel offers some of the best amenities and services that I have experienced in my travels. The king-sized bed was quite comfortable. Rooms have a small refrigerator and sink, and there is plenty of closet space (plus a strong box so you can lock up your passport, laptop, etc.) The hotel is centrally located in Montevideo’s historical downtown, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance to enjoy). Most importantly, Smart Hotel has a very professional and efficient staff, from the managers to the lobby attendants to the restaurant and cleaning staff. I highly recommend this hotel. In fact, I’m headed back there in early April."
