"Very nice hotel. From the moment we stepped in we were greeted by a warn staff that gave us the privilege to pick our room by visiting the available rooms. We had a nice cosy dinner next to the chimney and the waiters were always available. The dinner was delicious, so was the rich lebanese breakfast that we had while enjoying a breathtaking view of the snowy highest peaks of lebanon. The staff was more than welcoming and even offered us a late checkout We had a nice escape...

"This was a HORRIBLE experience. No room heating at all despite the snow outside. For hot water; you have to inform by 2-hours prior to your need to have a shower, otherwise it is with freezing water. Getting out of the hotel; your feet stick deep down in the snow with no snow removal facilities. No WiFi at all."

"The hotel has one of the most beautiful views on the mountain. Yet, the staff, facilities, and comfort are not that great. It was a bit far from everything, the restaurant was closed, so we had to drive for food. Heating was not working, so we almost froze up there. It's more like of a get-away place. "
