Location was perfect for our visit to ride the Smoky Mountain Train. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and gave us great advice on things to do and where to eat and shop. Room was small but clean and had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Small and simple and just what we needed. Clean and quiet aside from some neighbors outside late night and talking. Conveniently located and friendly staff. It was a great stay and we'll be back!

I was going to take a Train ride with grandson. this hotel was very quaint, Mom & Pop, family atmosphere. The owners were very friendly and helpful when checking in. Gave directions and suggestions for meals etc. This location is convenient to everything and very walkable to everything in town.
