Polar Express Trip

They cabin was great. Had all the amenities needed and even more. The location was perfect. It was just a couple minutes out of town, which was far enough to feel like you are in a cabin in the woods but still close enough to be useful for shopping downtown.

Annual Polar Express Train Ride

We came for our 6th annual polar express train ride as a family of four … the cabin was beautiful and secluded but not isolated. It was perfect for our trip and we enjoyed it immensely!! Short trip to town for needed items but also could not hear the traffic noise. We will be back :)

Girls' Trip

Three girlfriends and I visited Bryson City for the first time and had a great time! Sleepy Oak Cabin was cute, clean, comfortable, and well stocked with items you might forget to bring. Best of all, it was so close to everything we wanted to do! We will definitely book this cabin again for any return trip to the area!

Amazing cabin! Couldn’t believe how well-provisioned and beautifully appointed it was! This was the best cabin we’ve ever stayed at in the 20+ years of coming to the Smokies. So private, yet close to the adorable downtown and the national park! Can’t wait to stay here again!!!!!!!

Great weekend getaway

What a great cabin in an amazing location just off the main roads of Bryson City. This secluded cabin had everything provided that you would need for your trip. The hot tub was extremely nice on cool nights. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone and will definitely return in the future. The host was very prompt with all correspondence.

Our stay at Sleepy Oak Cabin was perfect. The house is lovely and we enjoyed the hot tub! The house was clean and just as described. All communication was prompt and clear. Would definitely stay here again if we come to Bryson City!

We have visited Bryson City every fall for the last 6 years. We have rented a different cabin each time. This was by far the best cabin we have stayed in. It was immaculately clean, perfect location, everything we needed for our stay was provided! The beds and linens were super comfortable! The hot tub was perfect on the cool nights. The fire pit was a bonus and our son loved making smores! We could not have asked for a better experience! We will be back!!

Great Stay in Bryson City

Great location, clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy to access and easy owners to communicate with. We really enjoyed being on the deck, lots of birds and just very peaceful in the shade. The bakery in town is 5 stars too.

Home Away From Home

This cabin made us feel right at home. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable and happy. The reclining couch seats, the beds, and the jacuzzi were so comfortable after a day of adventures. We hope to return to this private, yet close to town, beautiful cabin!

Relaxing but Bryson City offers alot!

The property was wonderful! very convenient to everything downtown and surrounding areas we ventured out to. Girls trip for us, known each other since elementary school :) very well equiped kitchen as well. we would definitely go back!

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

I’d give this 10 stars if I could…

Great base for my husband and I to explore the Smoky Mountains. 5-minute drive to the cute town of Bryson City with restaurants and a few shops. It’s walkable but you’ll have a steep hill coming home. Absolutely fantastic property where you feel like you’re in the woods. Extremely clean and the extras like little shampoo, shower gels, spices, K-cups, etc. were above and beyond—and greatly appreciated. Can’t wait to get back there soon for more R&R!
