Great family reunion
We loved the house and location. Plenty of space and comfortable living spaces. Brenda our customer service manager was very helpful, friendly and more than willing to help 120%.

Very poor maintenance. The beds, shower curtains, rugs, and sofas were all filthy and had a horrible odor. One of the toilets was broken and wouldn't flush. One had no light, while the other's hot water was not running. None of the grills worked, and the WiFi was really poor. It was too much money for an unmaintained house.

Great Place
This was the perfect place for the group I had. It was a group of 6 adults so we each had our own room. Plenty of room to relax. When we arrived at 330 pm the upstairs AC was not working but I contacted the host and they had a Air Condiction repairman out there by 530. Highly recommend this place

The house is Large, that was nice. When we arrived there were some areas not cleaned very well & the heat was not working,(we didn'trealize this untilit started getting much colder in the evening). There is Hot Spot for internet but directions on that were not very clear & we could not make it work so we drove back down to where we had phone service & called the "contact person" listed,(she was very nice!) & she was able to walk us through it somewhat. I did discuss w her the areas that were not cleaned also. I went back & cleaned counters, fridge & tables w clorox wipes . We were able to get some TV but 1 of the remotes she mentioned was missing & there was no remote for the 3rd floor bedroom TV either. We did reach back out to our contact person again about the heat & missing remotes so hopefully this will be corrected.

We are a group of ladies who own mustangs (Mustang Mamas Mustang club). We stayed for a ladies weekend. Great house and very comfortable. Bring toilet paper and trash bags. Not enough of either. Bring good knives if you're cooking. Grill needs a good scrubbing. Car port absolutely cannot park 4 cars unless they are smart cars. Two cars maximum. The side yard will hold about 3 to 4 cars. DO NOT bring a boat. You will never make it up the driveway. The wifi isn't really wifi. It's a "Puck" and not enough to do anything on a laptop. Good enough for cell phones. No one should be working on vacation anyway, right? Those are the only negatives that aren't really negatives, but should be mentioned. The place is fantastic. The bedrooms are very comfortable. My favorite was the bottom floor all the way to the back. Stunning. Great communication from the hosts. Would stay again for sure! This is a great place for groups. About 50 minutes to Deals Gap.

Needs a little TLC
Inside needs some repair but plenty of room many beds and couches, could use another fridge for as many guests as it accommodates. Outside both patios are filthy bird droppings and stuff. The two grills are nasty. The driveways are treacherous unless you have a big truck or suv the main drive is rutted and very steep the other one is grass/weed covered and very slanted and slick Wi-Fi is terrible and only one of the TVs worked

Lots of room but need to update
We had 4 families-total of 14. Lots of room to spread out. Plenty of towels for large family. House was clean but needed a dustpan in order to clean up floors. Ice maker in freezer broker. The grill was very nasty and needs a good cleaning. Had a great 3 day weekend but a few updates needed.

A GREAT Large Family Location...BUT
We absolutely LOVED our stay at Brenda's place. It's HUGE! There are three Master bedrooms that are huge, another good sized queen bedroom, and another bedroom with two queen beds. The living room is INSANE! Enough comfy chairs and space for every single one of our 15 people. The place was clean and the location is unbeatable! Brenda is super nice, responds quickly, and does her best to work out any little snags that come along. The only BUT is Evolve. These people are thoroughly unhelpful and sloppy in their work. Hopefully Brenda and her husband will leave Evolve and go back to handling their own property through Airbnb.
