I loved the location. Way out in the woods away from everyone which is perfect for a get away. Hot tub was great. Other then the bathroom door and it was Kinda hard to regulate the temperature inside we loved the place.
The bed was very soft. It had everything we needed. Thank goodness for no Wi-Fi and internet. We needed a break from technology. 10/10 would stay again.
Very nice accommodating cabin. I would let the other know there is trout fishing very close. That was a nice surprise.

Reviewer Comments:
Relaxing. Fell asleep in the sun listening to the roaring river. Enjoyed the hot tub and quiet night by the camp fire. Wildlife greeted us and we walked to the trout farm to do some fishing. We had all the luxury of home away from home with a very comfortable bed and hot water. Wonderful experience.
Last minute trip over a holiday weekend to celebrate our 6th month anniversary. Specifically wanted a cabin without internet and service.
Things I wish I had known prior:
1. Take a 4 wheel drive vehicle. The drive way is 3.5 miles long and mostly gravel up hill
2. Being your own alcohol, general market close by does not sale beer or alcohol
3.No oven in the cabin.
Discoveries while there:
1. The cabin is clean, however it appeared as though no one had stayed in a while. As the dishes were dusty, cobwebs inside the shower, and dead bugs in the overhead light fixtures.
2. The shower floor, structurally is squish and feels uncomfortable to stand on.
3. Did not use the hot tub as weather was inclement.
4. Bed and pillows are memory foam and very comfortable. Have slept on much worse in a name brand hotel.
5. Excellent selection of DVDs.
6. Grill was provided with needed supplies. Fire pit as well. Did not use either due to inclement weather.
Over all we enjoyed our stay, cabin was 95% as described, fit well within our budget and needs for this specific trip.

Ms
Called about tv and was told someone would come to us and no one showed up. Billy called to advise about check out and did nothing, come to the mountains at least once a month to every 6 weeks and would love to stay there but no WiFi or tv is not an option. After reporting no tv and no response from anyone would not recommend anyone to stay there or any other option this company has because they did not assist us…

Reviewer Comments:
Although our visit was during the devastating Hurricane Helene, it was great. The cabin is perfect for a couple looking to relax and reconnect. Pricing was reasonable but it would be in better practice to include cleaning fees, transaction fees and etc. prior to billing. I was somewhat caught off guard by the increase in price when the cabin rental nightly price was the only pricing listed. Expect to pay an additional $150 to $200 for cleaning and processing fees. Also this property is located up a fairly steep mountain, so if you are nervous driving on narrow steep roads, this may not be the best choice. Also there is absolutely no cell or wifi service at this location. If you have kids or additional guests this will not be the optimal rental for you. For two people looking to unplug and relax, it is a good choice.

Reviewer Comments:
Yellow Rose Realty has always been very helpful and accommodating in response to my questions and issues that cropped up and will continue to use them for future vacation plans. We selected a different cabin and at arrival discovered NO CELLPHONE strength AT ALL. I called their office and she began searching for another available location. We moved to the new location and were just as happy as the first but this had cellphone coverage. Neither had wifi and we are ok with that just needed cellphone to keep in touch with home and if my 82 year old MIL had any issues we wanted to know we could reach out successfully. The mobile home was cute nestled in the woods and added bonus it has a hot tub! Its a newer manufactured home and still had a new home smell.which is fine. What kinda struck us when we were unpacking best we could, no dresser space to use as it was used for storing items for the cabin. But there is only one door in. I dont know how it meets fire hazard standards, you need two doors to give escape pathway. The bathroom has a nice walk in shower and where the washer and dryer is in the closet. To open and close the bathroom door we needed to stand inside closet to swing the door open or closed. With just a little tlc from the owners this could be a really comfy mobile home. The trout farm next door provided a relaxing start and finish to our days hearing the rushing waters. The trees gave complete seclusion and enjoyed watching the turkeys stoll by. But it was all from the tiny front porch. If they would consider investing in their rental by putting a porch on the side of the cabin it would give them the possibility of getting the hot tub off the ground, HUGE INVESTMENT and adds to this vacation rental. But walking on halfway buried stepping stones to and from was a minus we never used the hot tub because of tracking dirt through the entire home to get back to the bathroom. If a porch was added to the side of this unit it would give backdoor and gathering spot
About 15 min slow drive on a dirt road from Highway 19 when you get to the trout Farm entrance turn left go up the hill, Saw a Baer 3rd day while we were sitting on the patio deck barbequing, Phone service not gr8, if I had to nip-pic anything it would be changing the bathroom Door from a swing type of door to a receding Pocket type of door. Had a gr8 time extremely private!

My family enjoyed the seclusion of it. It took about 15 min to get to Cheerokee or Bryson City. The hottub was amazing. The bed was comfortable. The only problem we had was the cellphone service wasn't great and the TV did not pick up.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay with Yellow Rose Real Estate. The cabin/bungalow was at the very end of a holler. Very quiet and peaceful. There was a roaring creek close so you could hear it very well. Beautiful area.

Private, secluded & quite. It is located on a dirt road so if your car rides low, think twice. It was a perfect "home base" for my husband & I who were in town for the weekend checking out campgrounds in the Cherokee, Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge area. However, we would definately book again for a quick getaway. Within the 1st hour we were there a black bear came walking up. Over the weekend we saw turkeys & deer everywhere. The home is clean and well-maintained.

Reviewer Comments:
The location of the rental was stunning! Sitting outside on the porch in the morning listening to the babbling brook was also fantastic. Whoever decorated it did a great job. There were 2 down falls. #1 since there was no siding on the trailer when the cold wind blew you could feel it on your feet and #2 the heater in the kitchen living room did not work well. However- there were 2 space heaters which we used and really we did not spend much time at all in the trailer.

Reviewer Comments:
Disappointed that "rushing creek sounds" didn't equate to creek on the property. It was at the end of the long driveway and across the road. Yes, you could hear it from the cabin but not see it. Disappointed that we didn't know ahead of time that there's no oven, no toaster oven or even a simple toaster. The small 2-eye electronic range top made cooking the simplest things time consuming. The den TV has DirecTV, the bedroom TV has only a DVD connected. No internet (I brought a Firestick to stream my own subscriptions) & Verizon coverage is non-existent. AT&T coverage was good & reliable. The bed frame has (9) legs and (2) were broken which resulted in a rough nights sleep the first night. I contacted Yellow Rose Realty via email and in person and someone came on-site while we were out sightseeing to brace the bed frame up with wood blocks and also replaced the broken toilet seat. Shower doors wouldn't stay closed or stay in their track. The firepit is a small, round, portable $30 type. This rental failed in comparison to other places we've rented in the past. We wound up here by default after the "Cabin On The Creek" we had reserved, unexpectedly burned down ahead of our arrival so we were offered this one for the same price. We over paid big time.
