POOL LODGE is a rental at Paradise Pointe. Paradise Pointe is gated & on a mountain at tristate corner of AL/TN/GA & has 1 HUGE INDOOR SWIMMING POOL HOUSE with outdoor deck. Pool Lodge is 1350 sq. ft., 4 beds, Bedroom 1-king bed, bathroom & electric fireplace, bedroom 2-queen bed & bathroom, 2 true queen beds in living room. 19 rentals has access to the pool house The Pool Lodge is on 2nd floor inside swimming pool house, it is above laundry room so there are SEVERAL STAIRS TO CLIMB! You can access Pool Lodge from inside or outside the swimming pool house. Balcony overlooking pool & also an outdoor deck. Walk HIKING TRAIL to tristate corner & be in 3 states at once. ENJOY VIEW FROM BLUFF & POOL DECKS!

Pool Lodge is for 8 guests including children! Upon approval we allow a maximum of 1 extra guest for a fee of $40 per stay. If you bring more than 8 guests & did not pay you will be charged after arrival.
Smoking allowed OUTSIDE ONLY/Do not throw butts on ground!

1/2 of payment will be due when booked & other 1/2 will automatically be charged to your card 30 days before arrival. If your check in date is less than 30 days, both payments will be due at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy! 100% refund minus $50 processing fee if you cancel at least 60 days before arrival day. 50% refund of total reservation (minus the service fee) if you cancel 31-59 days before arrival day. NO REFUND if you cancel 30 days or less before arrival day.
We supply a starter kit which consist of 1 roll toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, 3 garbage bags per can, starter dish soap & starter hand soap. We supply linens & towels. If you need more towels there is a washer & dryer. We supply basic cooking utensils. There is not a dishwasher so we suggest you bring paper products for eating unless you like to wash dishes. We do not supply oil, salt, pepper or any food or drinks. We do not supply personal toiletries. If you break or damage anything during your stay you will be required to pay for it.
