We had an issue with noise, being at the front of the hotel, and the manager who was present in the morning moved us and upgraded us to a remarkable room with a balcony! This is a beautiful property! "This little apartment was a great jumping off point for our weekend in the Mosel Valley. We were able to park in front of the hotel at night for free with the blue parking ring. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Soap in the shower, extra bathmats for the bathroom floor (there is no door on the shower so water splashes around), in addition to a small vacuum (the clean freak in me was thrilled) and a tablet with information about the hotel and area. So it was useless. This would have been a massive problem if my very experienced GF who travels for a living hadn't figured out a way to contact the main office and ask for directions on how to get in.
