Unsatisfactory stay, not even return of the hotel
The radiators/ pipings made terrible noise, I could not sleep at all. In the morning no-one in reception to receive my complaint. Afterwards asked hotels.com for return of!

Ik koos voor dit hotel omdat ik de buurt moest zijn. Dit hotel is dringend aan renovatie toe. Met name de badkamer was erg gedateerd.

hôtel accueillant de prime abord
première impression favorable mais quand on entre dans la chambre, grand lit abordable seulement d'un côté, on doit escalader pour aller de l'autre côté, odeur de renfermé, pas d'accès TV, on a du rebrancher nous même, pas de petit-déjeuner alors que j'avais bien réservé, pas d'eau chaude le matin, douche froide... Par contre, le jeune homme qui nous a donné les renseignements pour aller à Foret National nous a bien orienté (par le tram, gain de temps et d'argent). Nous sommes très déçus

Exécrable. restés 1 h sur trottoir car porte entrée bloquée . murs sales/insectes écrasés. plafond douche moisi. berlingot shampoo entamés. café poudre mais pas de bouilloire. cheveux dans la douche. impossibme dormir vu bruits non identifiés. pas de petit déj. enfin pas de personnel. parking toujours pleins clients bar chicha au sous-sol. 2è étage sans ascenceur. resto sans bière ni vin (proprio musulman) cela devrait être mentionné. seule la femme de chambre est serviable. radiateur salle de douche ne fonctionne pas. il faut enjamber le wc pour entrer dans la douche. etc.etc.

Klein hotel in een oud woonhuis. De tram die s'avonds ons snel naar Vorst nationaal bracht, maakte ons s'morgens vroeg wakker.Het hotel is erg gehorig.De waterkoker op de kamer werkte niet. En er was schimmel in de douche.
