The hotel's location was fantastic, easy access to local attractions. the room and the towels are clean. however, the building was very old with very narrow staircase, it was hard to climb up with my luggage. additionally the bathroom had a mildew smell, and the shower head holder was broken that we have to hold the shower head when showering.

Excellent location near a variety of places. Room and access to the room leaves much to be desired. First it was three steep flights up a winding set of stairs. The wooden slot bed frame fell apart twice (both nights) of the stay. Worst was that there was no hot water in the shower. It took an hour to run the water in the sink and to get warm water. Unhappy with the experience of the room itself.

Rude hotel attendant. No elevator with very tiny stairwell. Had to make our way through half opened doors with stuff behind and spoons and forks as door stopper. Plugs falling off walls with wires sticking out in bathroom. Black molds all over the bathroom tiles. Broom sticks as curtain rods. Toilet not tightly secured on floor… floor uneven and bouncy, as in “is this going to collapse on room below.. And no internet working

Let me save you from disappointment. This property has mice. I was laying on my bed when a mouse crawled on my leg. I had four nights there and left when this happened. The manager refused to refund the two nights that I didn’t stay there. The property is dirty and even if you are staying for a short stay, I would still recommend you pay a little extra and go somewhere else.

First employer on the reception was not polite, but the young guy we saw later was more helpful and kind. There was no elevator, something important to consider for people with accessibility issues. Room was clean and big, although quite noisy. The wardrobe was about to fall but the bed looked almost new. Not a bad place, expected for 2 stars, recommend for a one night stay if needed

Parfait si vous voulez être près du centre Veil hôtel qui manque un peu d amour mais on peut encore y voir une certaine beauté sous ce manque d entretien Réception sympathique mais par contre semble trouver normal que la télévision dans la chambre ne soit pas utilisable , incapable de fournir une télécommande et que la télé c est vieux et que de toute façon je peux tout voir sur mon téléphone !!
